As of April 2017 all InteleTravel commissions will now be paid by 3rd party company Hyper-Wallet. ONLY once a commission is received by InteleTravel from the supplier (typically 30 – 60 days after travel has been complete) and ready for Agent payment, will an Agent receive their commissions. When a commission is owed to an Agent, they will receive an email from Hyperwallet saying there payment is ready, or for first time users to set up an Hyperwallet account. Once an account is set up Agents may choose how they wish to be paid (direct deposit, pre-paid card, or a printed check from Hyper-wallet). Details on commission amount and all reporting will now be accessible in your Hyperwallet account in real time! Note there are small account fees and maybe some additional fees depending on which payment methods you choose (see below for options) . All commission are paid in the following order:
- Commission payouts are once weekly on Wednesdays.
- Commissions are paid 30-60 days after travel ends, only if supplier has paid InteleTravel.
- Commission payments must be at least $25.00 for US agents, UK agents £5 and Ireland agents €5 in order to receive payout, if less once your commissions accrue then you will receive your commission.
- Once all steps above have taken place, then Hyperwallet notify you by email that funds are awaiting.
- Set up your Hyperwallet account via email you received from Hyperwallet, then choose method of payment.
Agents can choose their payment method of choice:
- Direct Bank Deposits(Payments free of charge)
- Prepaid Card ($1.95 fee)
- a Paper Check from Hyper Wallet($3.00 fee).
There is a $2 monthly account fee paid to Hyperwallet. This fee is debited from your Hyperwallet account upon receipt of commissions.
