1. What is IntelePerks?
IntelePerks is a new loyalty rewards program just for our Advisors! We want to encourage, motivate, and reward our Agents for engaging in activities that are proven to benefit your travel career overall. Join today to get the most out of your sales and customer service efforts.
2. What are some of the benefits of participating in the program?
It’s FREE to join and you’ll start racking up the points right away! From the moment you enroll, you’ll earn points by doing activities that you are likely already doing. Not only will you be advancing your career as a Travel Advisor, but you’ll also be earning reward points that can be redeemed on an incredible assortment of items in our dedicated rewards shop!
Who can participate in the new IntelePerks program?
All Advisors who are in good standing and active—or are inactive for less than six (6) months—are eligible to participate.
Enrolling in the Program
3. How do I sign up for IntelePerks?
All active Advisors in good standing will be auto-enrolled in the program at no cost.
If you are currently inactive, you’ll be enrolled once your account and payments are brought current.
4. How much will it cost me?
It is totally free to join! There is no extra cost whatsoever.
Accessing Points
5. How can I view my points and access my rewards wallet?
To access your points, log into your Agent Back Office. From the home page, navigate to and click on the IntelePerks logo in the Menu Bar. Access is also available via the Back Office under the My Agency tab or Quick Links. Once clicked, you will be directed to the IntelePerks dashboard page.
Earning Points
6. How do I earn reward points?
Simply enroll—it's that easy! Get even more points by completing “qualifying activities.” If you follow the activities' conditions, you’ll earn points. Be sure to check your new IntelePerks dashboard to learn more about each activity and its conditions.
7. What are qualifying activities? Earn points when you:
- Enroll successfully
- Get paid commissions
- Attend specified educational and industry events
- Celebrate your Advisor Anniversary (remain active for a year)
- Pay your enrollment fee on-time each month
- Sign-up for or renew your CLIA and/or ASTA membership
- Register your bookings in a timely manner in RBS (Register Booking Screen)
Please note: Some activities do not qualify and are subject to change. As such, those activities do not entitle you to rewards points. It is at the discretion of the IntelePerks team to determine qualification.

Redeeming Points
8. How do I redeem points?
From your points dashboard, navigate to the “My Rewards” tab to access the rewards shop. Redeem points for consumer goods and electronics, travel related items, special merchandise, and more!
9. Are there limits on what I can purchase with my points?
There are no limits as long as you have enough points in your account.
Your Points
10. Why is my point balance zero?
If you are inactive for six (6) or more months straight, your loyalty account will be deactivated and your points will be forfeited.
11. Can I exchange my points for commissions or to pay my monthly service fee?
No, points carry no cash value. Points are non-transferable and do not hold any monetary value outside of the dedicated rewards shop.
12. I changed my PIN. Can I transfer the points from my old PIN to my new PIN?
Points are non-transferrable. Also, once you cancel your account, any existing points under your original account will be forfeited.
13. Do points ever expire?
As long as you remain an active Advisor in good standing, your points never expire!
14. Why did I not get points for some of these milestones (bookings, CLIA membership, anniversary date)?
Only transactions that were booked or created after the IntelePerks launch date of March 12,2024 will be part of the program.
