Hotels: With all of our exciting new hotel options, please ensure that you carefully read the book details and the cancellation policies for each hotel booking. Some bookings will be book now/pay later. Some bookings will be book/now pay now refundable, and some may be book now/pay now nonrefundable. All may have cancellation penalties so it is also imperative to check for understanding of each property of their cancellation penalties.
UK/IE:
Effective immediately UK/IE agents can now book directly with hotels and resorts. Agents may now call hotels and resorts directly to book and/or booking on the travel agent portals of resort and hotel brand websites.
Please follow the 3 critial steps to ensure you have booked correctly;
- You must always identify yourself on the phone or register on supplier websites as InteleTravel travel agent.
- You must give the supplier our IATA number (from your welcome email). At the end of your reservation always confirm supplier has correctly recorded this number on the booking, and confirm the commission rate or amount they will pay InteleTravel.
Simply give your clients credit card info directly to supplier. Watch the video/read the training manual on booking hotels.
- Since these bookings are made OFF InteleTravel website you must register bookings in back office.
If you miss one of these steps the supplier will not pay commission.
